هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على أهم المفاهيم الخاصة بإدارة وتنظيم المهرجانات الموسيقية، كذلك الثورة الصناعية الرابعة والخامسة، ومتطلباتها، وتطبيقاتها، وعرض بعض الدراسات السابقة والأدبيات لتطبيق دراسة ميدانية لواقع إدارة وتنظيم المهرجانات الموسيقية في ضوء متطلبات، وتطبيقات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة والخامسة بكلية التربية الموسيقية جامعة حلوان، وبعض كليات التربية النوعية قسم التربية الموسيقية، والتوصل إلى بعض الآليات الإجرائية المقترحة لإدارة وتنظيم المهرجانات الموسيقية في ضوء متطلبات، وتطبيقات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة والخامسة، وإنعكاساتها على التعليم الجامعي. وتتمثل نتائج دراسة واقع إدارة وتنظيم المهرجانات الموسيقية في ضوء متطلبات، وتطبيقات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة والخامسة بكلية التربية الموسيقية ج. حلوان، وبعض كليات التربية النوعية قسم التربية الموسيقية، في يجب إستخدام الذكاء الإصطناعي والربوتات، والبيانات الرقمية الضخمة في عمليات إدارة وتنظيم المهرجانات الموسيقية، التي تمثل أهم تقنيات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة والخامسة ، وأيضاً تعد الإدارة والتنظيم هم المعيار الفاصل لنجاح أو فشل أي مشروع يراد العمل به، وهما الأساس لنجاح المشروعات في بلوغ الأهداف المنشودة . واللتان تسهمان في الإستغلال الأمثل للموارد البشرية والمادية المتاحة وكذلك الإستفادة من عامل الوقت .ولابد من وجود خطة للإدارة ذات أسس تنظيمية واضحة، قابلة للقياس والتقويم، وتتفق سياستها مع السياسة العامة الوطنية والمحلية .بالاضافة الى أنه لابد من إستخدام طرق بحثية أكاديمية ذات منهج علمي لتسجيل وتوثيق عمليات الإدارة والتنظيم للمهرجانات الموسيقية .ولابد من وضع خطط بديلة مستقبلية لحل الأزمات والمشكلات الطارئة أثناء عمليات إدارة وتنظيم المهرجانات الموسيقية.
The aim of the current research is to identify the most important concepts related to the management and organization of music festivals, as well as the fourth and fifth industrial revolution, its requirements and applications, and to present some previous studies and literature to apply a field study of the reality of managing and organizing music festivals in the light of the requirements and applications of the fourth and fifth industrial revolution in the Faculty of Music Education, Helwan University. , and some faculties of specific education, the Department of Musical Education, and reaching some proposed procedural mechanisms for managing and organizing music festivals in the light of the requirements and applications of the fourth and fifth industrial revolutions, and their implications for university education. The results of the study of the reality of managing and organizing music festivals in the light of the requirements and applications of the fourth and fifth industrial revolution in the Faculty of Music Education c. Helwan, and some faculties of specific education, the Department of Musical Education, in which artificial intelligence, robots, and huge digital data must be used in the operations of managing and organizing music festivals, which represent the most important technologies of the fourth and fifth industrial revolutions, and management and organization are also the decisive criteria for the success or failure of any project to work. And they are the basis for the success of projects in achieving the desired goals. Which contribute to the optimal utilization of the available human and material resources as well as benefiting from the time factor. There must be a plan for management with clear organizational foundations, measurable and evaluation, and its policy is consistent with the national and local public policy. In addition, it must use academic research methods with a scientific approach to record And documenting the management and organization of music festivals. Future alternative plans must be put in place to solve emergencies and problems during the management and organization of music festivals.
