يوضح هذا البحث الأبعاد الفلسفية للخيال والأسطورة في فنون ما بعد الحداثة وقد تركزت مشكلة البحث في صعوبة فهم الأبعاد الفلسفية لبعض الصور الخيالية والأسطورية من قبل دارسي الفنون لذا وجب توضيح بعض الأبعاد الفلسفية لهذه الصور، وضرورة إيجـاد دراسات تسعى إلى توضيح أبعاد الفلسفـة الجمالية لهذا الاتجاه، والمتمثل في الأشكال الخيالية والأسطورية، كما هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الخيال والأساطير والدمج بينهما حيث كانت تستسيغ بصبغة البيئة، وكانت الكائنات الأسطورية في العصور الوسطى والقديمة حين مسحوا عليها صفات بشرية بصورة خيالية. وقد استعت رغبة الفنانين لاستخدام رموز الكائنات الأسطورية الخيالية في الخيال الفني وأعمالهم التعبيرية امتداداً للتقاليد القديمة. ومن أهم نتائج البحث حيث كشف البحث عن مدى إمكانية إدماج فكر الخيال الأسطوري للحضارات المختلفة مع الأفكار الحديثة والمعاصرة وتبادل الخبرة بين القديم والجديد والتوفيق بينهم، ويعتبر الخيال الأسطوري أحد التوجهات نحو العودة للأصول الحضارية والمراجع التراثية التي يمكن استدعائها بطريقة معاصرة، ويوصي البحث إجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول تنمية الخيال الأسطوري في فنون ما بعد الحداثة.


This research explores the philosophical dimensions of imagination and myth in postmodern art. The research problem focused on the difficulty art students face in understanding the philosophical dimensions of some imaginary and mythical images. Therefore, it was necessary to clarify some of the philosophical dimensions of these images, and to conduct studies that seek to clarify the dimensions of the aesthetic philosophy of this trend, represented by imaginary and mythical forms. The research also aimed to identify imagination and myth and integrate them, as they were perceived as having an environmental dimension. In the Middle Ages and ancient times, mythical creatures were imaginatively depicted with human characteristics. Artists' desire to use symbols of imaginary mythical creatures in their artistic imagination and expressive works was an extension of ancient traditions. Among the most important findings of the research, it revealed the extent to which the mythological imagination of different civilizations can be integrated with modern and contemporary ideas, and the exchange of experiences between the old and the new, reconciling them. Mythical imagination is considered one of the trends toward returning to cultural origins and heritage references that can be evoked in a contemporary manner. The research recommends conducting further studies on the development of mythological imagination in postmodern art.
