هدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع تصور مقترح لمواجهة مخاطر حروب الجيل الخامس على تحقيق الأمن الفكري لدي طلاب الجامعة، وذلك من خلال تحديد الإطار الفكري والفلسفي الحاكم لحروب الجيل الخامس والتعرف على مراحل تطور أجيال الحروب، وإبراز أهم الأسباب التي أدت إلى ظهور حروب الجيل الخامس وأهدافها. بالإضافة إلى توضيح الإطار المفاهيمي للأمن الفكري ومراحل تحقيقه وأبعاده، والكشف عن مخاطر حروب الجيل الخامس على تحقيق الأمن الفكري. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وطبق استبانة على عينة قوامها 719 طالبا وطالبة بغرض التعرف على مخاطر حروب الجيل الخامس على تحقيق الأمن الفكري لدى طلاب الجامعة وتحديد المتطلبات اللازمة لمواجهة هذه المخاطر. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن المخاطر الوطنية هي أكثر مخاطر حروب الجيل الخامس خطورة على تحقيق الأمن الفكري لدي الطلاب لما تنشره من تطرف فكري وأعمال عنف وإرهاب، تليها المخاطر التكنولوجية ثم المخاطر الاجتماعية، بينما كانت المخاطر الثقافية، والمخاطر الدينية، والمخاطر العقلية أقل الأبعاد خطورة على الترتيب. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تم وضع تصور مقترح لمواجهة مخاطر حروب الجيل الخامس على تحقيق الأمن الفكري لدى طلاب الجامعة.
The aim of the current research is to provide a proposed vision to confront the dangers of the fifth-generation wars to achieve the intellectual security among university students, by defining the intellectual and philosophical framework of the fifth-generation wars and identifying development stages of wars generations, also to highlight the most important reasons that led to the emergence of the fifth-generation wars and their objectives. In addition to clarifying the conceptual framework of the intellectual security and the stages of achieving it and its dimensions and revealing the risks of the fifth-generation wars on achieving intellectual security. The research used the descriptive approach and applied a questionnaire to a sample of 719 male and female students in order to identify the dangers of the fifth-generation wars to achieve intellectual security among students and to determine the necessary requirements to confront these dangers. The research reached several results, the main results of them that the national dangers were the most dangerous dangers of the fifth-generation wars on achieving the intellectual security among the university students because of the intellectual extremism, acts of violence and terrorism they cause. Technological dangers came in second place, then social dangers while cultural dangers, religious dangers, and mental dangers were the least dangerous dimensions, respectively. In the light of these results, a proposal was provided to confront the dangers of the fifth-generation wars to achieve intellectual security among university students.
