المستخلص

يهدف البحث إلى مساعدة الطلاب المعلمين في إعداد قائمة معايير التدريب الميداني في ضوء التحول الرقمى، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك لملائمته مع طبيعة وأهداف البحث، وقد تم إعداد قائمة بالمعايير والتحكيم عليها، ثم التعديل في توجيهات المحكمين حتى وصلت إلي صورتها النهائية، وتمثلت نتائج البحث في الإجابة على تساؤلات البحث وهى معرفة المبادئ الخاصة بطبيعة الطالب/ معلم التربية الموسيقية، ومعرفة متطلبات الأداءات المهنية المراد تحسينها، ومعرفة متطلبات سوق العمل لمعلم التربية الموسيقية، كما وضعت توصيات البحث وتمثلت فى ضرورة استخدام استراتيجيات تدريس حديثة مثل التعليم الالكتروني في مجال تدريس التربية الموسيقية لرفع كفاءة المتعلمين، والاهتمام برفع كفاءة الطالب المعلم في الموسيقي من خلال تنمية مهاراته التدريسية الموسيقية، وإقامة دورات تدريبية للسادة مشرفي التربية الميدانية على استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة حتى يتمكنوا من تدريب الطلاب المعلمين، وتطوير معايير التدريب الميدانى بما يتناسب مع تطبيق سياسة التحول الرقمي، ومراعاة الطبيعة العملية لكليات التربية الموسيقية، وعدم الإفراط في استخدام التقنيات الرقمية في الجوانب التطبيقية، للحفاظ على مواصفات خريجي كليات التربية الموسيقية.


The research aims to help student teachers in preparing a list of field training standards in light of the digital transformation. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, in order to suit it with the nature and objectives of the research. A list of standards was prepared and judged, then the arbitrators’ directions were modified until it reached its final form, which was The results of the research in answering the research questions are knowledge of the principles specific to the nature of the student/music education teacher, knowledge of the requirements for the professional performances to be improved, and knowledge of the requirements of the labor market for the music education teacher. The research recommendations were also developed and represented the necessity of using modern teaching strategies such as e-learning in the field of teaching. Music education to raise the efficiency of learners, paying attention to raising the efficiency of the student teacher in music by developing his musical teaching skills, holding training courses for field education supervisors on the use of modern technology so that they can train student teachers, and developing field training standards in line with the implementation of the digital transformation policy. Taking into account the practical nature of colleges of music education, and not excessive use of digital technologies in applied aspects, to maintain the specifications of graduates of colleges of music education.
